Thank you for shopping with KLEIO Boutique! We can’t wait for you to receive your new pieces and join the KLEIO family.

 

PROCESSING TIMES

All orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please note during peak times, such as collection launches or sale periods, processing may take slightly longer — but we promise it’s worth the wait!

 

SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATED DELIVERY

We currently ship Australia-wide. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are as follows:

Standard Shipping	2–8 business days	$15.00 or FREE on orders over $299.00
Express Shipping	1–4 business days	$22.00

Shipping times are estimates only and may vary based on your location or courier delays.

 

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

 

DELIVERIES

Please ensure all delivery information provided at checkout is correct. KLEIO Boutique is not responsible for any parcels that are lost, stolen, delayed, or returned to sender due to incorrect address details.

If your parcel is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, you will be responsible for the re-shipping fee.

 

PRE-ORDERS

If your item is marked as a pre-order, the estimated shipping time will be clearly noted on the product page. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will be shipped together once all items are available, unless arranged otherwise.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do not currently offer international shipping — but we’re working on it! Stay tuned.
