Refund policy

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS POLICY

Thank you for shopping with us — you’re now officially part of the KLEIO family!

We hope you adore your new pieces, but if for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return for a refund, store credit, or exchange, on non-sale and eligible items.

 

RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return, items must be:
 • Unworn, unused, and unwashed
 • In their original condition with all tags and packaging intact
 • Accompanied by proof of purchase

To start a return, please email us at hello@kleio.com.au with your order number and details.

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
 • Earrings, bodysuits, and swimwear (if the hygiene seal is removed or tampered with)
 • Beauty or personal care products
 • Gift cards
 • Sale or discounted items

Footwear must be tried on indoors only to remain eligible for return.


EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT

Prefer something else? You’re welcome to request a store credit or exchange instead of a refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll be in touch to confirm your preferred outcome and finalise your return.

 

SALE ITEMS

All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. If a sale item is returned despite this policy, it will be sent back to you at your expense.

 

SWIMWEAR & BODYSUITS

All swimwear must be tried on over undergarments. The hygiene strip must remain in place for the item to be eligible for return.

Swimwear must be:
 • Unworn and unwashed
 • With original tags and hygiene strip fully intact

 

FAULTY ITEMS

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us at hello@kleio.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the fault, and clear photos.

We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please note: KLEIO is not liable for manufacturing faults. Any requests for return or replacement will be subject to approval by the manufacturer.
